Nikolaos Fine Foods was founded by the Varsakis Family approximately two decades ago. We are a proud Canadian company located in the industrial park on Nebo Road in Hamilton, Ontario.
The Varsakis family has a long history in the poultry business. They opened L&V Poultry in 1976, located in Beamsville, Ontario. This primary processing plant specialized in supplying fresh poultry to both food service and retail customers. L&V Poultry was sold in 2000.
Nikolaos Fine Foods operates in a 22,000 square foot, state of the art, further processing facility. Here, we specialize in the processing of Individually Quick Frozen (IQF), value added poultry products.
Nikolaos Fine Foods is Federally Inspected (#426) and HACCP Certified since November, 2005.
